Job Description
The New Product Marketing Manager will translate complex customer needs into product requirements, collaborating closely with product management and AI engineering teams. They will drive go-to-market strategy for new products and features, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment across functions and consistent messaging across channels. The role involves leading product launches, managing timelines, resources, and communications across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
This role also defines and evolves product positioning and messaging based on market analysis, user research, and competitive intelligence. They will build sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive battlecards, and training programs to empower Sales teams. They will develop and scale GTM programs for different customer segments, including SMB, mid-market, and enterprise. They will own competitive intelligence, surfacing actionable insights that inform the roadmap and positioning.
The ideal candidate will partner with RevOps and Sales to refine pricing, packaging, and channel strategy based on data and market feedback. They will conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new opportunity areas, and gaps in our current product-market fit and translate infrastructure and model changes into benefit-driven messaging that drives adoption and advocacy.
