About the Role:
- We are hiring experienced performance engineers to find and land performance wins across the Supabase stack.
- This is a performance delivery role focusing on real, measured improvements as we scale toward enterprise workloads.
- You will help define how performance engineering works at Supabase as one of the first members of a new team.
What You'll Do:
- Find bottlenecks in live production systems and characterize them for teams to act on.
- Partner with database and infrastructure teams to land concrete performance improvements.
- Build methodologies and tooling that turn production data into actionable insight.
