Engineering Lead Europe Engineering – User Experience

We are looking for an Engineering Lead to help Airalo scale, improve organizational transparency, provide career development, mentorship, and honest feedback for their smart and talented engineers. Using varying technical backgrounds and interests, the Engineering Lead will drive and provide general technical direction and oversight, keeping the team efficient and executing on the right goals. Responsibilities include extending and improving engineering best practices, maintaining a collaborative environment, and motivating the team. The Lead will mentor team members, ensure high-quality products, provide continuous feedback, and work with product managers to maintain a prioritized backlog. Owning team deliverables is key to ensuring the scalable, high-availability of products.
