Position Summary:
- As Senior Manager of RCM SWAT Team, you will lead rapid-response initiatives and vendor performance to drive operational excellence.
- You will resolve complex revenue cycle challenges, ensuring optimal financial outcomes and patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a specialized RCM SWAT team to stabilize underperforming functions across billing, collections, and financial counseling.
- Manage third-party vendor relationships, conduct performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize billing and collections workflows, reduce denials, and improve cash performance.
Qualifications:
- You have 5-7+ years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management with vendor management expertise.
- You possess strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes, payer regulations, and compliance standards.
- You have a proven track record of driving performance improvement and financial results.
