About the Role:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the RCM team, reporting to the Head of RCM.
- Execute RCM strategy from claim creation to final payment, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a team of associates and contractors, building a culture of great work.
- Own high-priority projects end-to-end, from implementations to process overhauls.
- Show up in key client conversations, building trust and strengthening relationships.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of healthcare RCM experience with at least 2 years managing mid-size teams.
- Strong proficiency in RCM technology and a track record of driving projects to completion.
- Analytical mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
