Supervisor, RCM Operations

Oversight and Performance:

• Ensure staffing decisions and development support operational success.
• Work with Directors of Operations on process improvement for RCM consolidated teams.

Collaboration and Strategy:

• Provide strategic and tactical input to future RCM administrative function consolidations.
• Collaborate with regional and line management to enhance patient and customer interfaces.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in Revenue Cycle Management.
