Position Summary:
- The Supervisor, Reimbursement - Pre-Billing is responsible for daily oversight of frontend revenue cycle workflows.
- This role ensures operational accuracy, timely workflow execution, and clean claim readiness prior to claim submission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front-end revenue cycle operations including patient registration, billing data entry, and insurance verification.
- Supervise intake triage operations and resolve escalated issues.
- Monitor operational queues, productivity, quality metrics, and SLAs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years healthcare revenue cycle experience required.
- Proven leadership experience with at least 2 years supervising teams.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
