Job Summary:
- Under the direction of the Sr. Director, the Senior Manager oversees revenue cycle operations, staff training, and performance metrics.
- Responsible for ensuring accounts receivable are worked in compliance with best practices and resolving escalated claim issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee claims submission and follow-up, manage payer projects, and provide feedback to leadership.
- Manage teams accountable for AR, analyze denial patterns, and implement process improvements.
- Support care center go-lives, including overnight travel, and drive department KPIs.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate with medical office training or relevant experience; 5+ years in physician revenue cycle management.
- 3+ years in personnel management; experience with athenaOne, Trizetto, and SalesForce preferred.
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and have strong attention to detail and solutions-focused mindset.
Benefits:
- Competitive base pay range of $75,000-$80,000 plus annual bonus targeted at 15% and restricted stock units.
