Accountabilities:

• Leading all aspects of RCM application administration to ensure stable and efficient system operations.
• Managing system configurations, master files, and data integrity processes.
• Overseeing technical support activities, incident management, and helpdesk documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare billing with a strong focus on RCM systems administration.
• Previous management experience with at least 3 years of leadership preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes and application support environments.
