What you'll do:
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide revenue cycle strategy, leveraging AI and automation to optimize performance and reduce denials.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement across billing, collections, and patient intake operations.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Market Access, and Commercial Operations to ensure seamless revenue cycle integration and maximize reimbursement.
Must haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, healthcare administration, or related field; MBA or MHA preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in molecular diagnostics or precision diagnostics.
- 6+ years of leadership experience building and leading high-performance teams, with 4+ years of P&L responsibility.
Benefits and additional information:
- The US target base salary range is $261,725 - $337,838, plus eligibility for equity, cash bonuses, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
- This is a remote role with up to 25% travel, reporting to the CFO.
