What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a high-performing Revenue Cycle Management organization.
- Drive revenue optimization, cash collections, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee payer strategy, contract negotiations, and reimbursement performance.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of progressive leadership in RCM.
- Strong experience in payer contracting, credentialing, and reimbursement strategy.
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver measurable results.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary $120,000–$140,000 with 30% target bonus.

- Remote work with minimal travel.
