Vendor Management
General Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices with proper coding and approval routing.
- Support accounts payable activities, vendor onboarding, and compliance documentation.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate inventory and fixed asset records.
Monthly Close & Reporting:
- Assist with month-end close by preparing schedules and supporting documentation.
- Provide timely financial reporting and analysis during the month.
- Prepare management reports related to AP, inventory, and fixed assets.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field and 1-2 years of AP or general accounting experience.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel preferred.
