Property Claims Adjuster

Job Overview:

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle property claims for personal and commercial losses.
• Work primarily by phone and internal communication channels with insureds and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage claims operations for structure, contents, ALE, and business income losses.
• Assign and review preferred contractors and independent adjusters for quality service.
• Comply with policies and procedures for coverage verification, liability determination, and claims settlement.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an inside property specialist or equivalent in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Must obtain and maintain applicable adjuster licenses.
