About the Role:
- Campminder is building an AI layer beneath every product, grounded on 25 years of camp data.
- This role builds the shared foundation: retrieval, evaluation, services, and patterns every product team builds on.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the shared AI infrastructure: RAG system, evaluation, observability, and reusable services.
- Work across product teams to turn that foundation into real AI capabilities used by camp leaders.
- Define and measure quality precisely enough to catch regressions before customers do.
What We're Looking For:
- Systems thinking with a bias to simplify and a track record shipping production AI.
- Deep AI product experience: know when to train vs. fine-tune vs. ground with RAG.
- Cross-functional influence to drive adoption across teams you don't own.
