Maven is hiring a Senior Staff PM to own Member & AI Experience, the surface defining how members experience Maven.
This role reports to the SVP of Product and involves close partnership with clinical product teams.

What you will own:

Own the member experience surface: conversational AI, homepage, community, and non-clinical touchpoints.
Define the AI and conversational experience layer, including agentic product architecture and eval-driven development.
Own community roadmap and drive engagement, partnering with clinical product.

What we are looking for:

7+ years in product with experience in consumer-facing products and conversational AI or agentic systems.
Deep technical fluency in prompt engineering, eval frameworks, RAG, agent orchestration.
Strong consumer product instincts and data skills, plus clinical empathy.

What success looks like in 90 days:

Member & AI experience surface definition complete with clear boundaries.
First agentic member experience experiment in market within 45 days.
Eval framework for AI output quality established within 60 days.
