Associate General Counsel

Obsidian Security is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Counsel to be the second person on the legal team. You will provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal issues. Your primary focus will be on supporting all go-to-market activities globally, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial technology agreements, assessing potential risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including senior executives, salespersons, and various departments, to support the business objectives while safeguarding the company. This position will be remote based in the eastern US, or willing to work US Eastern time, and will report to the Chief Legal Officer.
