We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator - Service Cloud to own the configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of our Service Cloud platform.
This is a full-time, regular position on our Engineering & Technology team.

What You Will Do:

Own case management configuration, including assignment rules, queues, and Omni-Channel routing.
Configure and maintain the Lightning Service Console, Knowledge base, and entitlements with SLAs.
Design declarative automation in Flow and partner with engineering for Apex logic.

What You'll Bring:

5-7+ years as a Salesforce Administrator with Service Cloud ownership.
Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator required; advanced certifications preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate process needs into scalable configuration.
