Job Description
Lead the end-to-end deployment of Cisco Webex Dedicated Instance (DI) solutions, including planning, design, configuration, integration, testing, and go-live. Conduct as-is assessments of client’s collaboration environment and recommend migration/modernization strategies. Configure Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, Expressway, IM & Presence, and other collaboration applications within the Webex DI environment. Integrate Webex DI with cloud services (Webex Calling, Webex App, Control Hub) and on-premises systems. Collaborate with network, security, and voice teams to ensure smooth interoperability and compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Webex DI deployment, security, and integrations.
