About the Role:
- Review, refine, and validate AI translation prompts for attraction and travel content.
- Optimize AI-generated translations.
- Review, test, and refine language prompts to ensure the output meets the standards of naturalness, fluency, and cultural relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Add language-specific grammar or stylistic notes to enhance prompt accuracy.
- Proofread bilingual example descriptions for accuracy and readability.
- Identify and flag issues that cannot be resolved through prompt tuning.
What We’re Looking For:
- Native or near Native level of proficiency in the Latvian language.
- Strong English comprehension to follow detailed instructions and communicate effectively.
- Professional experience in localization, translation QA, language review, or similar fields.
Preferred:
- Background in travel, tourism, or hospitality content to quickly grasp terminology and tone expectations.
- Ability to articulate grammar rules and stylistic preferences, providing clear written instructions for AI models.
- QA or review experience, with a sharp eye for errors, omissions, and register.
