Campaign Development and Execution: Own the development of multi-channel learner engagement campaigns by coordinating Design, Content, and Lifecycle tasks. Ensure on-time completion and adherence to brief requirements as directed by the Learner Engagement lead. Conduct quality assurance checks on campaign deliverables and communications.

Data Management and Reporting: Prepare and compile data for reporting utilizing existing dashboards and templates, enabling senior team members to analyze performance. Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation to ensure clarity and usability for the team.

Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational Learner Engagement efforts with strategic priorities. Maintain high standards and consistency with Corporate Partner guidelines.
