Job Description
Sales and Lead Generation:
- Helping generate opportunities for both New-Logo and Install-Base Account Executives (AE’s).
- Implementing account-based campaigns and tactics to drive pipeline from a key accounts list in collaboration with Account Executives and Marketing.
- Contributing to booking and revenue targets through strategic lead generation.
Customer Interaction and Relationship Building:
- Engaging with prospects to understand their business, uncover challenges, and generate interest.
- Establishing a positive relationship and experience as the first point of contact with potential customers.
- Building strong relationships at all levels by demonstrating accountability and delivering on commitments.
Strategic Planning and Research:
- Offering a strategic approach to territory and account planning, including account cohorting and the pre-discovery stage.
- Conducting in-depth research to identify strategic ways to increase wallet share within the assigned client list.
- Using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track progress, schedule activities, and document relevant information on prospective and current customers.
