Role and Mission:
- Play a crucial role representing Noctrix Health by providing an exceptional onboarding and therapy support experience.
- Work closely with patients and clinicians to ensure the smooth and successful use of Nidra therapy through personalized sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in direct virtual patient interactions for training, demonstrations, and proactive/reactive support.
- Consult with clinicians during implementation and collaborate to define training requirements and materials.
- Capture therapy support needs and provide valuable feedback to marketing, sales, and product development teams.
Requirements and Environment:
- Requires a high school diploma, with a degree in a health-related field preferred for advancement.
- Must have exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills in a complex, challenging environment.
- This is a full-time remote position with potential for up to 10% travel, reporting to the Customer Care leader.
