Job Description

The Sales Engineer will increase penetration and deliver year-over-year organic growth with OEM assigned accounts by understanding customer requirements, supporting application development and providing technical support. They will work directly with the OEM and affiliate teams to drive product specification/ print position on strategically targeted vehicle segments and input and update data to prepare required sales forecasts for assigned accounts. Responsibilities include reporting all actual or potential obstacles blocking assigned revenue goals and objectives, and providing feedback to the Company regarding market forces influencing customer attitudes and behavior, as well as continued observation and analysis of all competitor behavior, changes in pricing strategies, financial conditions, etc. They will identify customer application issues while working close with specific OEM engineering teams and identify new opportunities through customer requirements, technical challenges and assembly plant line walks at both the OEM and Tier customers.
