About the Role:

  • Build culturally rooted, community-first growth strategies in key European markets like Germany, Spain, Italy, or Ireland.
  • Act as the in-market face of LemFi, running user acquisition, forging partnerships, and feeding insights back to product teams.

What You'll Build & Own:

  • Design and execute user acquisition strategies online and offline, iterating relentlessly based on data.
  • Own community-led growth through events, meetups, and cultural activations that build trust.
  • Track acquisition funnel and partnership performance, using AI tools to synthesize insights and sharpen next moves.

Your Experience:

  • 2–4 years in community growth, field marketing, partnerships, or go-to-market roles, preferably in fintech or diaspora environments.
  • Deep familiarity with Nigerian diaspora communities in Europe, understanding culture, trust dynamics, and money habits.
  • Strong communicator who can influence community leaders, partners, and internal stakeholders; comfortable working independently and remotely.
