Senior Google Ads Manager (Ecommerce)

About Whiskey Library:

• We help people discover great craft whiskey through our Bourbon Mystery Box subscription and online bottle shop.
• We are a small, global, fully remote team that values ownership, speed, and high-quality output.

What you will own:

• Develop messaging, write ad copy, and run experiments to grow our subscription and online sales.
• Own a prioritised testing plan, run focused A/B tests, and shape the next iteration based on results.
• Execute Google Ads strategy across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, including campaign structure and budget management.

What you bring:

• Strong marketing judgment and writing ability to connect customer insight to persuasive copy.
• A repeatable testing method and proven ecommerce Google Ads execution.
• Commercial judgment about profitable customer growth and independent follow-through.

Working with us:

• Full-time role, primarily during US Eastern business hours initially, with flexibility as the relationship develops.
