Senior Procurement Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide data-driven insights and reporting for sourcing decisions and financial planning.
• Analyze spend, volume, and supplier data across categories to improve cost visibility.
• Translate demand and MRP data into clear insights on spend impacts and sourcing opportunities.

Data, Tools & Procurement Capability:

• Design and maintain data structures and reporting frameworks for spend classification and KPIs.
• Develop solutions for data collection, cleansing, and analysis, building datasets and tools where needed.
• Improve tools and systems by defining requirements, enhancing usability, and driving adoption.

Category & Sourcing Support:

• Enable Category Managers through data-driven insights, analysis, and performance visibility.
• Deliver market research, inflation trends, and supplier insights to inform category strategies.
• Track relevant indices and provide visibility into cost movements and market dynamics.

Position Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or analytics roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools like Domo or Power BI.
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems, with a preference for SAP.
