Senior Business Intelligence Developer

Samsara is seeking a Senior BI Developer to advance our data-driven efforts in sales, marketing, and customer success. As part of the M.A.A.D (ML, AI, Analytics, Data) team in Revenue Operations, this role focuses on designing and delivering impactful BI solutions, including AI-enriched Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboards, Salesforce reports, and data integration pipelines. The Senior BI Developer will work closely with stakeholders to uncover insights, streamline decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency across the sales organization. This role is critical in driving the adoption of analytics tools and fostering a data-driven culture within Samsara. In this role, you will: Leverage Salesforce CRM Analytics, Salesforce dashboards, and other business intelligence tools to deliver actionable insights and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. Design, implement, and maintain scalable BI solutions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address key business challenges through data analysis and dashboard development.
