What You’ll Do:

  • Facilitate sales training using classroom, on-the-job, and e-learning methods to drive results.
  • Partner with leadership and vendors to implement learning programs and improve KPIs.
  • Oversee training materials and schedules, and provide feedback to the Sales Enablement Manager.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of sales or training experience in retail with strong facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and webinar platforms.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills to motivate and inspire teams.
