Role Overview:

  • This internship focuses on sales enablement, internal communications, and training for our sales teams.
  • You will gain hands-on experience designing and deploying content that drives efficiency and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruiting process design and execution to enhance candidate experience.
  • Develop training programs, skills assessments, and systems training for customer-facing teams.
  • Assist sales operations with SOP collection, process guides, and knowledge base management.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of training principles and adult education theory.
  • Experience with content development tools, LMS, and CRM systems.
  • Strong interest in sales enablement, customer engagement, and retail.

Compensation:

  • Paid internship at $25/hour, up to 40 hours per week.
  • Program runs for 8 weeks with two summer cohorts to choose from.
