Role Overview:
- This internship focuses on sales enablement, internal communications, and training for our sales teams.
- You will gain hands-on experience designing and deploying content that drives efficiency and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruiting process design and execution to enhance candidate experience.
- Develop training programs, skills assessments, and systems training for customer-facing teams.
- Assist sales operations with SOP collection, process guides, and knowledge base management.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of training principles and adult education theory.
- Experience with content development tools, LMS, and CRM systems.
- Strong interest in sales enablement, customer engagement, and retail.
Compensation:
- Paid internship at $25/hour, up to 40 hours per week.
- Program runs for 8 weeks with two summer cohorts to choose from.
