Key Responsibilities:
- Lead forward deployed engagements end to end, from scoping to production deployment, acting as the in-region technical anchor.
- Design and deliver changes to Kubernetes deployment patterns, creating reusable reference architectures for enterprise adoption.
- Mentor engineers through design reviews, pair programming, and hiring, raising the technical bar across the region.
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience as senior or lead engineer in enterprise customer engagements, with deep Kubernetes expertise.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, Go controllers, Helm, GitOps, and observability skills.
- AI-first mindset with hands-on MCP or AI agent tooling experience in production.
