Intake and Admissions Associate (EST)

This is a Full-Time, Hourly role, Monday-Friday, with EST hours. As the Intake and Admissions Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all patients and visitors receive exceptional service and support. Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, maintaining the reception area, assisting with administrative tasks, collaborating with clinical staff, and adhering to company policies. Qualifications include being based in EST, a high school diploma (associate's or bachelor's preferred), customer service experience, excellent communication, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of mental health terminology (a plus).
