Job Description
A Field Service Engineer will install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and otherwise maintain da Vinci® Surgical System in assigned territory ensuring all service agreements and warranty obligations are fulfilled and exceeding customer expectations. This requires expertise in electro-mechanical systems, specialized training, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities include performing scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing da Vinci® Surgical Systems, coordinating system delivery and installation, completing administrative duties, and supporting Intuitive teams as required. The role also involves providing feedback to HQ, participating in continuous improvement projects, completing required training, and maintaining customer relationships. Additional tasks include conducting site visits, providing customer training, supporting customer I&A complaints, and providing management with a quarterly territory review.
