Salesforce Architecture Manager

AssetWatch is seeking a Salesforce Architecture Manager to take ownership of the design, structure, and evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem. This is a strategic role where you’ll shape the technical foundation of how data flows, processes scale, and teams execute across the entire revenue engine. You’ll lead our Salesforce developer(s), build the right execution team, and partner closely with departmental leaders to ensure the platform delivers value across the company. You will serve as the platform owner and thought leader for Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and integrations & design, document, and maintain a scalable architecture that supports business growth and evolving processes. You will be responsible for technical leadership to Salesforce admins and developers, including mentoring and roadmap delivery, and also directly manage and grow the Salesforce team.
