What Success Looks Like:

  • In 3 months, develop understanding of the business model, build relationships, and take ownership of monthly reporting and forecasting.
  • In 6 months, lead the forecasting process with improved accuracy and deliver clear, actionable insights on performance to senior leadership.
  • In 12 months, fully own the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes and develop and mentor FP&A team members.

What You'll Bring:

  • 8–12+ years of progressive FP&A experience in a high-growth, investor-backed business with expertise in SaaS metrics.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills, fluency with systems like Workday Adaptive and NetSuite, and strong communication abilities.
  • A player/coach mentality, strong business partnership mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
