Vice President, Patient Journey Innovation

Responsibilities:

• Drive patient engagement strategy using behavioral science and AI for personalized interventions and predictive modeling to prevent patient drop-off.
• Lead patient-facing product experience design, ensuring the platform is accessible and supports sustained engagement without creating cognitive friction.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years in patient engagement, digital health UX, content strategy, or behavioral science application, with 4+ years in senior leadership.
• Deep grounding in behavioral science models and a demonstrably AI-native approach with hands-on experience in personalization and content generation.
