New Program Management Lead, Product Go-to-Market

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Management Lead to support Oura’s product go-to-market strategy and execution. As the GTM Program Management lead, you will organize a portfolio of hardware products and their respective strategy, execution plan, sustaining requirements, and end-of-life planning. Your strategic mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, and cross-cultural solid communication skills will be vital in driving the success of our direct channel programs and organizational goals. Design and execute the system that takes a product from its inception and build to its launch and EOL, through a go-to-market lens. Build and install repeatable processes to continuously improve our delivery schedule, minimize risk, grow the business in a scalable fashion. Drive inspire cross-functional teams to support all product roadmap deliverables and alert any risk or change to the plan. Monitor business performance and analyze trends.
