Business Operations Lead

This role sits at the heart of how we operate. You’ll help define and scale the processes that drive our work - contributing directly to the company's success. You’ll also be working directly with company leadership and have visibility into key decisions. You’ll own and execute mission-critical projects, drive business performance with data & rigor, build & improve systems, and support strategic planning & cross-functional alignment. They are energized by operational problem-solving, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
