Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with PassTime’s customers, installers, and end users.
  • Accessing technical sites to comprehend and disseminate information effectively to customers.
  • Meeting or exceeding all PassTime service metrics and quality levels.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment, preferably in an analytical or reporting role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
