Principal Product Designer

We’re looking for a Principal Product Designer with deep expertise in designing complex systems to join our team. You’ll focus on internal tools and operational workflows that power our prescription fulfillment process. These tools are mission-critical to PHIL’s business, and your work will directly impact efficiency, scalability, and quality of care. This is a high-ownership role reporting to the Head of Design, ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous problem spaces and can independently drive end-to-end design work—from shaping the vision to executing pixel-perfect experiences. You’ll need advanced interaction design skills, fluency in user research methods, and a strong grasp of systems thinking.
