The Associate Client Manager will work as a master of propriety NIQ tools and metrics and use these to help solve clients' business questions, working closely with the CS Consultants to transform customer experience. During briefing sessions, the Manager will independently respond to field business questions and develop analytical outlines that leverage multiple NIQ solutions into a cohesive story. They will also be responsible for simplifying and visualizing data and translate numbers into a compelling story for clients with insightful callouts and actionable recommendations. They will drive customer satisfaction through analyses and delivery of relevant and impactful insights, identify revenue leads independently, and partner with AD to convert them into revenue opportunities.
