Leadership & Ownership:
- Drive the end-to-end technical vision for the workstream, from blank doc to shipped product.
- Set and raise the technical bar through design reviews, code quality, and operational discipline.
- Mentor engineers and build frameworks for others to excel.
Product-Minded Execution:
- Translate ambiguous product goals into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Make build vs. buy vs. integrate decisions with business context.
- Partner closely with Product in PRD reviews and sprint planning.
Agentic Systems & Platform Expertise:
- Design durable execution for long-running, resumable agent runs.
- Ensure tenant scope and permissions are enforced by the systems the agent calls.
- Architect a connector framework over third-party security control APIs.
Compensation & Culture:
- Base salary range: $229,000-$270,000 annually, plus equity.
