Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and maintain understanding of pharmacy network structure, rates, MAC pricing, and provider demographics.
- Assist in maintaining network design, pharmacy data, MAC operations, and reimbursement methodologies.
- Lead or support ad-hoc analysis and reporting to assist internal stakeholders in network decisions.
Qualifications – Education, Experience, Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Analytics, Business, or related field required.
- 3+ years pharmacy network experience preferred; SQL and data analysis skills required.
- Database development and reporting experience using SQL, TOAD, or similar tools required.
