Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment, entering high volumes of prescription data with accuracy.
- Handle claim adjudication, prior authorizations, billing, and eligibility checks while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Current Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA) and state registration required.
- Prior pharmacy experience with strong drug knowledge and pharmacy billing skills.
Working Environment:
- This is a remote position in a cubicle-based, fast-paced pharmacy setting.
- May require travel for events and flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
