Associate, Study Management II

Role Overview:

• Support the execution of global Phase 0-4 clinical trials as part of a dynamic, centralized study management team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global partners to plan, execute, and manage studies under a Study Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide study-level oversight and contribute to trial activities from inception through closure.
• Manage external vendors, including selection, scope of work, and deliverable oversight.
• Lead assigned meetings and drive recruitment strategies and mitigation planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of pharma/device or clinical research experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English.
