Construction Estimator

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed proposals, project estimates, scopes of work, and equipment recommendations.
• Refine project scope, pricing, and specifications to support successful project execution.
• Manage project analysis, estimation, take-offs, bid preparation, and vendor and subcontractor coordination.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 5+ years estimator experience required; suspended access or construction industry experience strongly preferred.
• Technical understanding of suspended scaffolding and façade access systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities.
