The Director, Campus Implementations, is responsible for leading the successful start up of new campuses, academic programs, and enterprise-level initiatives within the higher education portfolio. This position oversees the full lifecycle of implementation activities, including planning, coordination, and execution, to ensure operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and alignment with institutional goals. The Director serves as the primary liaison for cross-functional teams, providing leadership, guidance, and accountability to achieve on-time, compliant, and high-quality launches. Develop and manage start-up plans, timelines, and budgets for new campuses and academic programs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet start-up requirements on schedule. Lead implementation meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and escalate as needed. Serve as liaison between leadership and start-up teams, providing updates on progress and risks.
