Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and oversees all direct and indirect patient services.
- Interprets operational indicators to detect census changes and impact on staffing levels.
- Evaluates performance of Clinical Supervisors/Nursing Supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with current licensure.
- Three years of management experience within the last five years in Hospice.
- Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations and CHAP standards.
