Executive Director HEOR

Strategic Leadership:

• Define and execute HEOR strategy across Europe, aligning insights with market access.
• Lead preparation of joint clinical assessments, HTA dossiers, and payer submissions.
• Represent the organization in scientific, payer, and HTA forums.

Team Management:

• Build, lead, and mentor a European HEOR team.
• Manage external vendors and consultants to deliver projects within budget and timelines.
• Communicate strategy, research outcomes to internal leadership.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Regulatory, and Clinical teams.
• Integrate HEOR insights into decision-making.
• Engage external stakeholders including KOLs and academic collaborators.
