Senior Associate, Product Management

Hopscotch Primary Care is looking for a passionate and inquisitive Senior Associate of Product Management. The ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of our unique role in the healthcare ecosystem, our product vision and the value we deliver to our customers and users. They thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and excel at problem solving. As the Senior Associate of Product Management, you will build relationships with users, customers and stakeholders to stay aligned and get feedback. The candidate will own customer/user research to clarify pain points, gather feedback, iterate on designs and assess progress of pilots or releases. In addition, they will build problem statements, develop success criteria, set KPIs and vet potential solutions. Communicate product specifications and progress, both written and verbally, to the Technology Team and non-technical stakeholders. The candidate will Prioritize work based on user needs, business value, and effort.
