Financial Controller

We are looking for an accounting professional with a great analytical mind who is fiercely passionate about building a highly automated accounting function. As Financial Controller at GoMaterials, you’ll take full ownership of our general ledger accounting operations and shape how the function scales with the business. Beyond ensuring accurate financial reporting, you’ll be the driving force behind automating processes, strengthening internal controls, and leveraging technology to improve efficiency and accuracy. Responsibilities include owning accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate month-end and year-end close, preparing financial statements, establishing internal controls, ensuring payroll and sales tax compliance, managing annual audits, and championing system optimization. This role requires a CPA designation, experience in accounting/finance, strong command of ASPE accounting, and demonstrated experience in automation and ERP systems.
